Pharmacist can lend a helping hand...in our very own unique ways.

Updated: Sep 2, 2020

When Dr Eric Levi struggled in obtaining N-95 mask for his surgeries, I knew I had to step in to help. We pharmacist have current knowledge of stock levels of personal protective equipments (PPE) from our wholesalers.

Pharmacist not only have their main role of providing medications and other medication-related services during a pandemic, they also have an important role in ensuring the supply of other ancillary healthcare goods in the community.

As pharmacist we can help in the coronavirus pandemic regardless of the roles we play. I want to take this opportunity to let pharmacists know the roles they can play in keeping their medical colleagues, frontline members, community health services and the general public safe from the coronavirus.

Thank you to all the doctors, nurses and pharmacists for their encouraging support in the efforts that we have done to help each other get through this safely.

We all have a part to play in this pandemic, we just have to help out in our very own unique ways.
